How it works
1. You submit your written story. Be sure to fill in all the fields below.
2. Your story is submitted for approval. If your story is approved, it will appear on the Life Change page of our website.
3. Share your story on video. If you choose "yes" to sharing your story on video, upon approval we will contact you via phone or email to set up a time for you to visit Enid First Assembly and film your story.
